My child loves Rachael. Every challenge we had, Rachael had great advice. She's at the end of the phone if you need her and she knows what she's doing. Tantruming kid? Bed time issues? Picky eater? Child bossy or rough? Rachael knows how to stop that. No raised voice, no bribes, she knows which tactic will work with the personality of the child. Firm, consistent, kind. She might be a little dearer than others but not much and she's worth every dime. The child whisperer. LOL
